The Planning Board Meeting Dates Have Changed
Beginning Tuesday, March 5, 2024
The Planning Board has changed the schedule for public meetings.
The Board will no longer meet on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6:00 PM but will
instead meet on the 1st Tuesday of the month at 6:00 PM for most months in 2024.

Please note the 2 exceptions below

- The April meeting will be held on April 16 at 6:00 PM.

Town-Wide Reassessment Project for the Town of Pittsfield
The Town of Pittsfield NY, has accepted a proposal from Emminger, Newton, Pigeon & Magyar, Inc. to provide professional assessment evaluation services as part of a town-wide reassessment project, to be completed for the 2024 roll year. [Click here for more Information Including Project Slideshow]
