Town-Wide Reassessment Project for the Town of Pittsfield
The Town of Pittsfield has accepted a proposal from Emminger, Newton, Pigeon & Magyar, Inc. to provide professional assessment evaluation services as part of a town-wide reassessment project, to be completed for the 2024 roll year.
NOTICE
The Town currently has vacancy's on the Board of Assessment Review and the Planning Board. If you have an interest in participating in our Town Government, please contact the Town Clerk.

Upcoming Meetings
The Town Board meets at the Town Offices, 175 State Highway 80, on the 2nd Monday of the month at 630PM.

Public meetings offer all town residents an opportunity to express concerns or questions regarding business before the board. Written comments will also be considered but must be received no later than five days prior to the date of the meeting. Please mail written comments to: Pittsfield Town Board, P.O. Box 915, New Berlin, NY 13411.
